Sry, but this sounds like a classic "Hey, i have one sprite, can somebody make it into a cool char with great moves and do all the work?" for me...

You will find all "help" you need for a basic char on the mainsite.
If you learned DCing (and spriting) from there you can begin making your char and if you then need specific help for a specific problem you can surely ask here...

I must disappoint you, but you'll hardly find anyone who wants to make your sprites.
But we have lots of good tutorials on LFE.
Read them and practise a lot

it is called "sprites" not "pictures" and if you practice more you will definitely have an improvement in creating lf2 sprites.always remember "practise makes perfect".

You know, good that you want to make new sprites but I see two things becoming a problem:
1) The Louis/LouisEX-combination. Come on, be a little more creative. (that's not the main point, though)
2) LFE is mostly famous for being a DCer-forum. There are only few good spriters registered in here, and those are usually occupied with their own stuff. Asking for sprites here usually ends in a fail; actually, regardless of the location, it will fail. I guess there's no way around it but to make the sprites yourself...
