I lack the motivation to finish my character D:
-Grr, lazy basterd!- *cough cough*
The only solution I can come up with is sending Alectric the raw data (completely broken; due to the revamped, incomplete moves) + an older version so he can sprite the thing.
Oh, and hooking up my computer again so I don't have to look at this damned laptop any longer ;P
Maybe the new sprites will motivate me to finish him sooner?
I have feedback (quite positive ones, even though the test version was in a very early stage) and Alectric already came up with a simple (fast to sprite) but very nice design.
tl;dr:
What keeps you guys going?
A lot of projects get cancelled before they even take-off, but some are finished and uploaded for others to download.
I don't want my work to go to waste, so I will finish my character and either upload him or wait for him to get accepted into the Forum Mod.
I might pull him from the Mod if I don't like the work of others (e.g. I'd like Angel_Adam to redo certain parts of his character (or at least modify the injury-values)) or if I have to modify anything except for the coördinates of special bdys (Drahcir reserving special frames? I'm using all 400 of 'em!).
I'm a little jealous of Alblaka, actually.
The guy just keeps on releasing great stuff and seems to have a never-ending source of inspiration and energy ;s
Your thoughts about the Forum Mod.
Suggestions on how one can motivate him-/herself to continue his/her work.
Complaints, ideas, suggestions.
Post away.
PS: I have a seperate folder in which I keep backups of my character's cancelled moves (due to bugs or due to my ever-changing mind).
The folder contains 12 data files... Lulz...
