So,i talked to mh,and all of sudden i talked about what kind of sport i train,and i told him parkour,do u know it? Yes,
Here: parkour is a sport that most of people think its easy,and others think its so difficult,but its not easy and not hard if u got the right attidue and technique,some think parkour is to learn the jumps and flips and vaults and u r finished,but theres no limit,every time ur skill improves,there will be a new jump to jump.
Parkour is a joyable sport,the feeling when u do the jump that u wanted to do so amazing.
To train this sport u need to build strength,power,speed and distance. And to wear anything but a descent pair of shoes.
And u need to rid ur self of fears and be comfortable.
I started my parkour club Angel's and i got 4 members now.

Well, from what I've heard so far about this sport, it could be classified as this: Get from A to B in the shortest amount of time. If there's an obstacle in your way, climb over it. You CAN build in some gymnastic elements but you don't have to. Well, just watch this video, it should explain the whole thing a little better:

Wow BP,it is really said from A to B and this sport needs strength and speed,you cant do it if u r fat or dont have muscles.
And u need supervising to train.
And dont start with flips and vaults immdeatly but first jumping to gain speed.
Best place will be a park with soft grass or sand so u dont get injured a lot.
I train this like 4months and started vaults and flips 1month ago.my first try for sumersault the frontflip i falled on my a**.,but its easier if u do the PK roll to absorb the shock of the fall.

I am doing parkour for about 2 years, and I can say its worth doing it.
I mainly train with a friend so that we can help us each other while learning new things.
I trained alone for quite a time, but its quite harder then. Its interesting to say you can nearly always have some good training spots at schools.
The main thing on parkour is not showing off or do some flips (flips belong to free running). Its going new ways and getting efficient from place A to place B.
Moving like guys in videos takes years and you should not train to quick or drop high in the first years if you dont want to end up in a wheelchar, so train safely and slow is a better method.
Free running is a bit different because you move effective but not effiicient.
A problem while doing parkour is that nobody really like if you train somewhere. I often have problems with passerbys.

2 years,dome thats a long time and u seem to be profesional.
Am so glad that someone knows leparkour.
And ur right the flips is not parkour.
And the first year of training u shouldnt jump from place higher than 1.5 meters.
I can front flip and back flip now.
And training on the move kong,
Its to place ur hand on the obstacle while jumping strech ur whole body and pass u legs between ur arms.
For who doesnt know freerunning was developed by sebastian foucan.
