i suggest you to change effect 5 and 0
because itrs without an effect act like 0, not like 5
(if you meant that in a different way its too easy to misunderstand imo)

edit: maybe effect 5 should rather say sth like: any effect not listed acts like this
i think this applies to effect 40 for example
