I made this trailer in Adobe After Effects, I want to upload onto here but it's 1.55 GB!!!!!! It's just a 40 second Trailer!! Any help to compress the file to a lower sized file? -Without Lowering The Quality?

How big is the resolution?
If it's really big, then scale it just a slight bit down, and make a Quick-Time format. Or mp4 format. These have pretty good compressions.
But compressing a file without lowering the quality is actually impossible, but... oh well :P

The quality of your video must be huge. Your need to tone down or something. Not even movies have that size.

- Lower the dimensions to 640x480 (or even smaller)
- convert to flv/avi/mp4
Seriously, how in the world do you manage to make a 40secs-movie over 1GB?
