dude i will make you the face pic (if its ok with you). and look the char isnt that something i mean even if you cant sprite him with original clothes you can take some parts from other chars and put them on him that would be cool.

its just davis with henry head... for example you can take dennis legs and davis jacket and deep hands or stuff like that it could really work.

Oh, please, when can you stop whining about C&P chars? Maybe he doesn't want to make his own sprites, he just wants to share a piece of DC, but still doesn't want to go bother somebody else asking for sprites?

Now that I have gotten that out of my heart, I move on to the char.
The recoloring looks fairly well made, and I like the hair color. But if you want to improve the sprites, there is an edge between Henry's face and Davis' body. And as freeza said, the neck of the face pic look extremely muscular. Try making the face bigger.

What kind of fighter will it be and what moves will it have? (I can give you suggestions if you haven't decided yet )

he copied a piece of hair.. and ruined it.. but it may be looking good overall when it's moving.. i dunno..

well like i said those who cant sprite original chars from scratch they can combine parts from other chars sometimes it falls a good sprite in the end..

He wants the char to be look like that, don't you think if he wanted to give him Deep's hands and Dennis's whatever he would have already done it?
You would have a reason to whine if the sprite was out of proportion or something, but the design is completely up to him.
Damn it, this was said so many times and that's why it pisses me off so much when I see such a comment...

Nicely done C&P, just be careful when you will be doing falling sprites or similar cuz' it's not pretty easy there.
And about the face I agree with others, so yeah...

So... What about a jump upwards while spinning, where he creates a small energy whirlwind from his arms? An attack that works much like Davis' Dragon Punch, except it goes straight up and not diagonally, and is not as strong.
And maybe he quickly shoots up a ball in the air that then falls down, and is homing? It slams the ground. There should be a rather long delay between the summoning of the ball and when it hits the ground, so you can use it for comboes or support.
And maybe a force punch that goes horisontally.
