Well I have been working on this game for a while, and I have decided to post it up on LFE. Well I have got a couple of fans for the game, but it's not exactly a huge fan group, but still it's fans
Anyway back on topic.

Game based on:
This game is based a anime/manga known as One Piece. The creating of One Piece is by Eiichiro Oda. This game is based on a character known as Monkey. D. Luffy. Luffy is a boy who has a great dream of becoming the *pirate king. He was motivated by a man named Shanks who always used to visit his village. As Luffy travels the Sea's when he's older, he come across great *Nakama who also have a great dream like him.

*pirate king = King of the Sea, this is to be the strongest pirate, and have all the treasure.

*Nakama = Like best friends, but much closer then that, but not in a sexual way.


Characters in the current game:

- Monkey.D.Luffy = Captain of the straw hat pirates, who ate a special fruit giving him the power to stretch his body like rubber.

-Zolo = First Mate of the straw hat pirates, he is a first class swordsmen who trains to become the best swordsmen in the world.

- Nami = The straw hat crew navigator, she is also a great thief who loves money and oranges. Her dream is to draw a map of the world.

- Sanji = He is also known as 'Black Leg' Sanji, he is a cook who was trained by an unbeatable pirate known as 'Red Leg' Zeff. His dream is to find a place known as the " All Blue " In One Piece they believe there is a different fish in different sea's, and it is rumoured that in the Grand Line there is a placed known as the all blue were all the fish reside.

- Franky = Franky is a cyborg, who looked up to a *fish-man who had created the last Pirate King's ship, which was known to be the best ship.
Franky has a dream of creating a ship for the next pirate king.

*fish-man = A fish-man is a mermaid, but is a man. Fish-man can walk on land, and can breath underwater. They are stronger then a average human

At the moment these are the current characters in this game.


Special features in the game:

- Characters can charge in the game

- There will talking in stage mode as it get's into later versions of the game.

- I will add more background into the game later on.

- More characters will be added in more versions

- Mini-games might be added

- There won't be weapons, since this game is based on hand-to-hand combat

- There are different range of fighters, far range & close range.

- There are some characters who are far range & close range.

Other Information about the OPGL Progress:

Progress will be very slow for this mod, since i am busy with my school at the moment, and I do this in my spare time. Since I am trying to take a few of my grades up to A-A* since i want to go to Six-Form and do a couple of things with my life.

So Progress will be slow for this mod, but i will try and show some progress as much as i can.

Sorry cuz' I can't download it right now, but will give some comments about what I see here:

I don't watch One Piece, but this looks pretty nice, it's also far more developed than any other One Piece mod I've checked in the past.

Also good work on organizing the thread, the presentation is flawless.
Just about that poster/CD cover thingy; NTSD has one just like that, so maybe you should think of something else than repeating their stuff .
(I'm also aware of some copyright infringement issues about the NTSD stuff connected with you, don't know if it's true though)

But as already said, will give comment about the mod when I find the time to test it

Thanks about the presentation thing Took a while to do, since i had to write like a paragraph in every 5 minutes, since i have to create time during the week.

Oh yeah the cd case thing, i kinda copied ntsd with that. I will probably change it later when i have time.
Yeah i stole the early version of ntsd2 ( with all the bugs and stuff )

Also i think the game is kind of un-developed since there are such little characters, and it has taken time to work on. It's also not as good as i wanted it to be.

I downloaded it but when Sanji is loading, the game don't work...

Just remove Sanji from the data txt then. Sanji seems to not be working for some people, but it works for me.

Sanji also don´t work for me . In the old v.01 test 2 he was working for me. And the game crahses when I choose war mode.

But the rest of the game: AWESOME!!!


Please change that into pirate or something like that...

Yeah could someone please put this in the release section. I haven't got time to work on it since I need to study. Maybe after all my exams i might work on this.
