Don't really know why you want other sites besides LFE...
There're 140 characters, 81 Backgrounds, 32 weapons, 9 (high-quality) mods, 5 (very good) Stage mods, 10 Versions, 9 exe-mods, and 24 skins. Why in the world do you want to download crappy stuff from other websites?
Just do a google-search for downloadable LF2 characters.

actually I totally agree - I check out other sites regularly and test things, and in all cases I only submit 5 or 10% of the work I test...

and i didnt find them on lfe.

i didnt see them coz the last time i visited the chars section,it was the old server.
i still should have checked before posting sryad:

btw do you want me to send you the fire type bltz deep?(i call it sparx)
nothing is changed except for effects and skin+its an add on and not a replacement

i changed his effect from 3 to 2.
