lf2: contest. theme: enter your character

alright got bored so I made this:
lf2 costom character fight.
enter your char (make shure its balanced),
does not have to be new. (could be new)
I will pair you up with the closest timezone.
then rules:

1. no overpowered chars (duh)
2. don`t use the same move over and over again.
3. no endless combos
4. no f6, f7, f8, f5.

if this does not work, I don`t care.
just want to see if it works.

Hmmm... Would love to join, but most people say my chars are overpowered...
Atm im working on a couple of more-balanced chars (at least i hope they are less overpowered). If i finish them up to 1st Feb i could participitaetealsklösdfjöasljfsjf (Gah, i hate english words that are THIS hard to be spelled correctly)

it is very overpowered (NOT!!!) or actually he's normal bandit data, without most of the parts no special moves!
and jumping height is like 5!!!

Are you talking about actual fighting over the web? If so; you do know that the LF2-versions of all participants have to be completely identical, right?
