On some other forum (NTSD) there was a rule update some weeks ago, that made gravedigging in Stickied threads possible. The reason was that Stickied threads are meant to "never die", meaning that that a member can always post in the thread because the subject discussed in the thread is of big importance.
Because I recently saw someone's post deleted from a Sticky because of gravedigging, I wonder if the rule can be modified on this forum as well.

Oh yeah I remembered your "posting projects - the right way", isn't that the one you mean?
And I totally agree with you too, Divisor.

There is actually no gravedigging in stickies. Gravedigging only means bringing up an old topic which was on the verge of death somewhere a few pages back. Stickies are never on the "verge of death", so there's no problem in bumping them.
Stickies which shouldn't be replied in (for example guideline threads) should generally be locked/closed

Simoneon did the right thing by deleting the message, but he gave the wrong kind of warning for it.
Spam.
Posting in a sticky without adding any useful information can be considered as spam, not gravedigging.
