Pen Spinning

What sort of level are you if you spin pens (for w/e reasons)?

I guess I am better than the majority, but still at a rookie level compared to the real pros = =
Tricks that I can do w/o thinking:
Thumbaround
Thumbaround reverse
Charge
Sonic Harmonic (the up and down type)
Backaround
Twisted Sonic
Infinity Extended

Tricks that I can do fairly consistently:
Fingerless reverse
Shadow
Sonic Bust

I can do Back 4th, but not very well at all... I can't link them all properly... so yeah.... still practising > <

Not sure whether I got the names correct... can't be bothered to check...

But seriously, I always admire these pen spinning videos, I just wonder how people can actually do that. I can spin a pen about as good as a piece of plastic can drink

I actually have no idea what those moves actually are, but the only thing I can do is to spin the pen through every finger... Ya, hope you know what I mean :P

I don't think thats an actual trick, and i can do that as well .

well... I first learnt Charge, then Thumb Around, Sonic, Thumb around reverse, Sonic Harmonic.... This was 6 years ago and I thought I have learnt all that can be learnt. Lately, nt younger brother got into secondary school and told me about loads of tricks that I hvn't even seen before, so I started to learn stuff like infinity, backaround. But progress is slow because it's quite hard to find time/places to practise. If I was in a classroom, it's fine when I drop a pen (especially in HK, where you hv 40+ student classes), but when you drop a pen in a lecture theatre, that's another matter... so I doubt I would be any good at pen spinning ever. It has to be learnt when you are in primary school or secondary school :P

I get all spinning done during school . It's just that I can't do anything but the Thumb Around and the finger pass thingy. I'd like to blame my pens , somehow all the charge tutorials have people with really long and cool looking pens .

I can't dot he fingerpass smoothly, so yeah... it's one of the ones that I intend to practise when i do get around to do it >.> I only learn new tricks when I am revising in the library (which is rare). You can do charge and sonic with normal pens. I only learnt about the so called cooler pens this year. Now i've got one too because my brother gave me one... The are generally longer, heavier and w/ a grip that is properly positioned so that it's easier to do quite a lot of tricks. You can get pens from Pendolsa.
