Problem with Flite DCer

I'm using windows 7 and had this installed (since the old NET Framework can't be install on windows 7) but when ever I try to open a dat file, I fail:

Oh noez... That happened on my other computer too, but nobody else reported it...
Which version is this?

It has something to do with the Windows 7 API... I don't think the syntax highlighter supports Windows 7.

Try install .NET Framework 2.0.
The syntax highlighter is actually made to support that version of the .NET Framework.

EXPLANATION:
Because .NET Framework 2.0 can NOT be installed on Windows 7, the problem that no one described occurs. Why?
Well because the syntax highlighter is MADE FOR .NET Framework 2.0.

It is fixable, but at a great expense (as in using a 32 MB slow FLiteDC instead). Obviously, highly not recommended.
