EDIT: ....I didn't see any rules about using someone's characters in Art creation. Except one about using characters in the story.

it isn't a forum rule. It's a general rule that you don't use things other persons made without asking for permission.( I don't think marti and starsky would mind if you don't ask. But maybe some other people do.)

Anyways just saw Your ''party at night'' and it's not quite good, maybe improove the all pic color to be more black, Idk, now it looks weird to me...
