How to make a attack make some special hit only with hit enemy?

I don't get half a word you're saying. You want to make a special move that hit enemies? Get on mainsite and check this out. Mess around with the itr/kind: 0 injury value a bit to get a strong attack, throw in some nice pic to make the move look cool and you're done.
