Is that char gonna be released soon? I love the background, also.
The character looks so awesome, release him fast,I would like to play with him.
The background is really good too,it has an underwater feel to it,but it does not looks like it is a city. 9.4/10

I think the problem with this background is that it´s quite blurry compared to the sharp characters, which ruins the underwater effect somehow.
Otherwise a good bg.

your background underwater effects look ok, but it doesn't look like a city at all.

Thing is that it's all a little less contrasted. That way, the background looks a little flat. If you would darken the ground a little more, you'd create a stronger sense of depth.
When it comes to the word "city", I immediately think of flashing lights, moving cars, and hectic life. However, none of this is given. This creates quite an interesting effect on the one hand, but, in order to simulate the "city" part and set the structures a little aside from the rest, you might want to consider adding at least the aforementioned lights in there. No need to go crazy with animating, but a few signs of life could certainly help bumping this up. All in all, it's definitely one of the better backgrounds. Get a few improvements done and raise it up to something awesome ![]() Good work, keep it up!
