Hello,

Every one make new mods versions

Question:

How do I make mods????

Well, a mod consists of many things:

-Character changes
*including sprites, and datachanging

-Game play changes
*including new weapons, or game modes or stage mode

- Exe changes (not essential)
*New exe skin, layout, features etc.

A mod is a big thing to do. I suggest you read up on Datachanging first, so you can at least make some 'ok' differences to characters.
Look at the mainsite and in the datachanging tutorials sections.
