Well, those are pretty basic, to say at least...

Try shading the faces, get the proportions right...you know, the usual stuff.

Rather than asking people to download, I think you would get a lot more comments and replies if you posted at least a few of your artwork on online image hosts such as http://imageshack.us ;)
