Google can answer many questions. You have to learn how to use it, it quite easy.

Just fyi, you can find the Daylight Savings options in User CP > Profile Options > Edit Options > Date and Time Options > Daylight Saving Time correction.

And as Simon pointed out, sometimes Google can answer a question better and faster than us forum people.

I thought that when you go to "edit options",it was appeared just : xxxx editing options
