help - spriting tutorial

Heya, a long time ago there was this spriting tutorial. A really long one. I mean REALLY. Different characters and such. I don't remember much, besides the fact that it was good. Does anyone have it? I think it was in .pdf format. Would be grateful.

hmm... I recall a spriting tutorial that was in PDF format. It was long and had some DBZ chars.

Precisely that one. I also forgot where I saw it. The mainsite and google were my first bet, but I had no luck.
