I like the mario sprite! Maybe make the head a bit bigger.. right now it's quite small.

First sprite looks like a frog-clown-that-is-not-a-clown. Funny. Second one is good. My favourite plumber too. Especially the super huge Mario [new super mario bros.]. It breaks everything in its way xD. Just remove some dirty pixels in the Mario.

ummmmm well I used Davis' body for mario (for mario I used Gimp) and the frog I did all on paint

Mario looks the best till now.Yeah,I think you should sprite a hero fighter.The evil snail's eyes are held up by really small antenna like lines.When I saw it,it looked like the eyes are heavier than the holders!

Since you have a pretty badass teacher like Luti, I'm expecting some wonderful sprites from you! totes :DDD
About the sprites - you really have a talent. The directions of most of the shadows are made correctly, which is a huge thing to have :)

Just don't stop asking Luti for help and you will become even better than him (:P) in no time!
