I am a beginner. I only know how to speed up or slow down (to make the jump more ...) character.I download data changer.how can i learn doing with data changer??????????????

After doing that, which IS the first step, you can grap a random characters dat-file and start messing with the values in there to get some practice.

Then proceed to modifying a character into something slightly new, using tutorials or other chars data-fragments.

Rinse&Repeat until you're good enough to creat entirely new concepts/chars ^^
