Julians Armor swapping to other characters

hi there, i know there are some threads about julians armor and "deflective armor". but i want to improve julians armor for one more hit.

like when julian gets hit twice his armor is "broken", i want julian to be hit 3 times. but this armor isnt for julian, its for another character, so i need to know what i need to change in the code.
if you want, i can send you the code, too...

+ would be great if you could tell me how to reduce the time in which the character lies down on earth after being hit. i mean after he fell down.

for example character x is been hit, he falls, he lies down on earth for like 1 second. then he stands up and is ready to fight again.
i want him to lie down for 0.5 seconds or even 0.3 seconds, so he stands up rights after he fell down. is this possibe too?

Yes this is possible, just reduce the wait time in his lying frames. example- wait: 0

That cannot be simply done by DCing, it would either require a very advanced DCing technique or some hex editing.

Before you ask how to do it, try to search the forums for threads with "armor" or something, and read all of the results. Maybe you'll find something.
