LF2 on PSP?

Is it true that LF was programmed to work on the psp? I heard that it was not like LF2 more side-scrolling. If this is true where can I find it?

Well on PC its more fun, on psp you can only do VS and you can't play all characters.
But its anyways funny to play it on psp ^^ |
