Greetings,
I have no idea on how to teleport a character to an opponent in mid-air, so, I was wondering if someone out there has an idea. Thank you

What exactly do you want to do?
Do you want to be able to teleport while you are jumping?
Or teleport to an enemy and be above him.

second probably as woody can already easily do that
here is my suggestion:
inside the teleporting frame with state 400 (or if it doesn't work there one after it) use a dvy: -200
and inside the next frame where the char reappears dvy: 550 to stop the motion so he doesnt just fly up
try different negative dvy values to suit your needs
yes this will not vertically align to the height of your opponent - but this is as close as you can get
and for a combo you will probably always need the same height (and otherwise some timing)

Can't you simply just use state 400 while in mid-air?

No, guys, what I meant is like this:
1: My Character (Woody) is on the ground.
2: My opponent (let's say Davis) is in the air.
3: My goal is to teleport to Davis while he is still in the air, and vulnerable.
Sorry that I haven't put these out earlier, but that's the stuff.
