User CP not working

I tried many times today to visit usercp. always this error message comes:

the rest of the forum works perfectly...

The UserCp works all fine. You type the URL wrong.

As of now, all forum-related URLs must end with ".php" (as long as no additional parameters are added such as "showthread.php?tid=8542" etc.). Yes, I could fix that but that'd open up the possibility for new errors.

He probably typed it in manually,and must have forgotten the ending by mistake.
