I heard that some guys here use FPS CHanger during Online gaming - would like to hear opinions - use it or disallow it...

Yes, if the game speed is TOO fast to play. The FPS changer is not causing the lag it only decreases the speed

But if its already slow, and the opponent do it more slowlier, because he is trained in that slow connection.. Its a advantage for the fps user ..

From what I've heard, it'd be a great alternative to beat Azzy if you're already trained in laggy speed :P
And that would be probably also a quite funny fight if you have a low FPS rate :P

Yes but you could train offline for that..
I just think its unfair, to play with the fps changer with ur own speed and train in that, and in every fight u use ur own speed, in which u are trained in.. Thats a advantage, and not fair. There are other forms of ill-using it..
For example:
You have a char which is not very fast in punching, like dennis.. and the opponent has a char which is very fast in it, like davis.. And if the opponent now use fps changer, he can easily kill the opponent on punching , because the dennis-user cant surprise the davis-user on that slow speed.. The punches of davis are faster and because of that it should be no problem to win.
