Im working on a mod with LSW Sprites since theres thousands of dem on the net any1 want in

Also duz any1 kno how to make running, walking, standing, punch, punch2, punch3, all 1 sprite

You just can make 1 pic per 80x80 pixels in a spritesheet....
You can't use avi's or gif's, if you mean that-

yes just in the pic: section point it to the same image "number"

in punch1 put
pic:10 (or watever)

then in puch2 put
pic:10 again

Just delete the frames you don't need and change the pic and add next to go to the next frame.
[offtopic]Once I had tried to make a DBZ game using DBZ LSW sprites. But since LF2 has a unique style it didn't look good.

It'd be great if you talked without all these abbreviations. As far as I know, the English language doesn't consist of letters together with numbers (ex. any1).....

back to topic, you've two choices:
  • remove all but the first punching- and standing-frame (walking is a different story, I believe).
  • change any picture-number in the dat to the same value (like azikary mentioned). Look between frame 60 and 70 (the place for the punching frames) and change the "pic: xx", "pic: xy", "pic: xz", etc. to a fixed pic-value (like pic: 10).

hm..dude vktewari is right the sprites of lsw doesn't fit to lf2
if you are so interestet in making a dbz lf2 why don't you join us
