matt4300 used to hang around at 13th zone a lot, however I haven't seen him on MSN much so I assume he's not around at the moment. Just to be safe I'd advise not to include him until you have permission, as Spy suggested.

I don't fully understand this list, did you ask Hell Fighter and Felix for permission?
Both of them are still around at the official forums, just making sure. I don't know where you get around, so I'm not sure if you asked yet.



Regarding Mahoro, I think it's fine if you just give Xiao Yun credit. Afaik he's incredibly unknown and I don't think there's any possibility whatsoever to contact him.

Also, regarding Walter, I'm fairly sure there's been cases of wanting to modify him before. Marshall could probably give you more info regarding that, but I have previously seen at least one modification of him included in a mod by Blue Ghost. It's definitely questionable that he asked, and if he didn't that doesn't justify anything either, so better check with Marshall.

Hell Fighter - I just based it on his Duke's readme.
Felix - based on one of his posts here (RN_LF2 release).
