What you all don't get is: HE IS UNDER 10 YEARS OLD and can NOT behave like a 14-15 years old. No 10 years old kid would read forum rules or knows how to behave here (when he is new). What do you expect?

Delete your negative ratings or at least change them to neutral.
I had to give +2 to neutralize your -reps.
Aside from that, it's hard to "recover" from a negative reputation.

I know, he pisses some of you off but it's not your job to punish him. Moderators/Admins will do that if they have to.
Wrong way: Get angry and take the law in your own hands
Better way: Write inexperienced members a friendly pm and help them to change their behaviour

If he won't change in the future, feel free to give a -rep, because he would deserve it, but not now. It's just not fair, so please work on yourself.
