I know a pretty awkward solution, tho. I'm not trying to get much into detail, I'm just gonna say what I made up in theory.
Every char that has an itr/k:0 must have an additional one with the same damage on a different y-level. The caught char has the corresponding bdy. All attacks of your opponents are running with state: 18 in order to hurt the caught char.
Cons: burning_smoke, can hit caught char without hitting you, you also lose hp when being hit.
Or, in other words, the deal to create something like that with pure DCing is:
