Bdy and Itr area are checked in lf2 debugger, and they are fine, then why it cant hit enemy?

Well, I guess you'll then need to add effect: 2 inside the itr to burn a char.

Put a new itr which has effect:2 in the frame that you want to burn your caught character.That's because effects don't work in itr/kind3.

if your target burns,
you mostly will burn together
