I'm not sure what you mean by broken links or not being able to find download links. Is it the same issue as this one where Chrome says "Security error" or something similar?

So I click on the mirror links to download the "LFO" but no link takes me to download all say that ñ there is a link or the page does not open.

Ahh, that's because Little Fighter Online (LFO) has officially been shut down in January this year.

You can try this thread instead. Very huge file size though, so you might have some trouble downloading from the Mega site.
