Hmm, I'd directly exclude the first face, I don't want a face splashed on a wall :P
Since I'm a big fan of simple BGs in faces, the last face doesn't work for me, either. Also, there are some gray pixels left on the clothes,
I'd actually take the third face, if there wasn't that greenish tone on the skin. So, skin color like the other ones, bg like #3. btw, if I were you, I'd go over the hair a little again, it looks too pixelated

demon_f2 it's better, has a good BG, and the darkness of the pic it's giving him some kind o bad aura.


Just a tip, don't use transparency on face pics, don't look cool.
