fixed but still not workin

2 solutions:
-either you hadn't fixed it (i guess this is the problem)
-You had saved the bmp's in a strange format (did that somewhen via paint...) It's very rare (encountered only one time to myself) but annoying

Usually, the "Can't Create Art Surface"-error happens under one or more of these conditions:
- the image location/name in the <bmp-part> and the real path/name differ from each other
- the image must be in bmp, otherwise the exe will crash/throw errors
- the image is ridiculously large (can also happen with smaller images but it's more seldom). Restart of the exe/your OS helps usually

-If ur having large pics and u have low memory this message appears. If so try closing applications

-If not like blue said. The path of the file in the <bmp> part is invalid. So check if it's right.

-Check if it's saved in bmp format. Game only loads files with bmp format.
