[MOD] LF2 - Path of Evolutions

Okayzy then. According to my siggy, bitmaps are 96% done and background music has taken a lift-off to 60% of completion. I'll make things a little clear on the background music for your interest or help understand better or whatever!! :


- main theme song is "Sandstorm from Darude"

- final boss battle is "Battle with Magician from House of the Dead 2"

- stage 5 is "Dual of the fates from Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom
Menace"

- stage 1 is "The Chase of the Highway from FF7 Advent Children"

- stage 4 is "Halo 2 main theme from Bungie"

- normal boss battle is "J-E-N-O-V-A from FF7 Advent Children"

- and more I'm thinking about.....cool

I kept all the theme songs ( soundtracks ) matching accordingly to the battle phase and everything.

AAARRRGGGHHH!!!!!! I'm stuck with how the main text of the mod should look like!!! I.E : How Little Fighter 2 is wroten in it's wierd style when u start the game.

I've thoguht of the next character. His name is Tydus and also badguy. And there is the good guy leader Auron.

And I've been picturing out Vincent and when he stands ( his breathing frames ) a purple/black fire ( which resembles shadow powers ) will start glowing and moving from his robotical dark arm. A little fancy stuff looks good. Don't ya think?

Offtopic: I HATE Sandstorm.
Ontopic: I don't like the bitmaps. Why don't you throw it all into an .exe so we can see how they all fit together?

1. Your opinion. U hate sandstorm...... WELL I DON'T! And besides, it fits in like a chram with the evoluton like look in the mod.

I just don't get it. How the hell am I going to change the blue blue dots that are in the " how many computer player " screen?!? Oh, and still got some flicking around to do with the .exe stuff.

I'm not gonna post them. It spoils plenty of the fun and good stuff in the mod. That's why I will release the mod containing the new bitmaps.

What do you think about the In game screens? I like the the frame and health/mp bars as they have a proffesional look.

-Main menu:
Logo is good. Got nothing to complain about ('cause that's the only thing that has been changed).

-Character select:
Not my style, but it's good. Not too spectacular.

-Frames:
The bars look very good, but the frames themselves just don't seem to fit...

Pretty good in general.

Yeah. It defers much more than the skin you designed ( comit ). But ohwell , atleast it gives an " evolution like " look to the mod then I think there is no editing that needs to be done.

I was thinking the same thing when I first finished the frame. I was then planning to give it a exact look like the other bitmaps but then keeping one solid color in the s pics becam a problem. So I gave it a one solid color on the s pic and then a lite color vareation in the end of the frame ( where the health bars start from ). But with this frame, the health bars stand out quite a bit.

( I don't know why but probebly it's just me. Cause when I play my mod , the health bars seem to drain alot faster then the normal LF2 ones. FUNKY!!!!:O )

Oh , and a slite change in the char " Vincent " 's name. His name is now Zeal. Not Vincent.
