The skin hues of the first two dudes look pretty dead. Try to add a brown shading to the grey skin instead of just shading with grey.
As for the third dude, his clothing looks like it's shaded in the wrong direction because the highlights are placed at the left side of each fold.
Other than that, nothing to add.

the eyes are blurry, which is ok but i don't see a little focus in the center
(u know how light has a strong amount of white in the center if it look blurry then thts not good only if it surrounds it)
pants still not recognizing much difference in the lum??? make sure that the light and darkness are easily contrasted
same goes with the body, make sure it's clearly shown...
very creative idea though, also i don't have much to say for the item itself, since it's pretty good
unusual type of flame, but im not the one tht does good with fire, ask someone like lauli, or BP....i think...

Good work. With fire it definitely looks better.
You only need to overwork his feet. They just look weird. The shading of the body could be a bit stronger, too. And if you want to make him great, add some kind of detail to his upper body. Or alternatively wings. At the moment the big red area is a bit boring.
It's quite a nice sprite nonetheless.
