Weapon Catching
#1
Simply put: Is there any way a weapon can catch and hold a character while retaining its ability to be picked up?

IF all of the usually used frames for being hold contain state:9 + cpoints, may...
But since for being a pickable weapon state xyz is ned i don't think it could work properly...

What if the pickable weapon is holding a t:1 object, which holds a character?

Actually, where's the difference between a weapon holding a character and a weapon, hold by a weapon, holding a character? XD

Though, you could give it a try...

i think so (if the original catch is via opoint kind 2). that makes a weapon hold something, and so make it hold a t0 via wpoint (so its position is constantly correct because wpoint always refreshes the position of the held object). Then, u can use itr kind 8 to stick the held character there. Then u can use state: 1001 (right?) to let the weapon be picked up. but u'd have the Com logo of the opointed t0 stuck to the weapon though.

Wait, why does the opointed object have to be a type:0? Weapons with state: 9 can hold stuff perfectly well.
