I don't know how many of you guy actually bothered to try it in action, but this is a good but underdeveloped effort that deserves a bit more useful comments.

you chose probably one of the hardest themes to do right, so I commend you for your boldness.
As BP, mentioned, the background lacks depth. Other than colour adjustment, perhaps you can add parallax scrolling to the furthermost layer as well to improve in that department.
The Jelly fish is pretty, motion wise they are quite realistic, but seeing that you have a considerable amount of layers spare, you could slow down the ascension. also, instead of 4 rising at the same time, let them do it one by one at different rates so it would look more natural.
The underwater animation is probably the biggest problem here. I am not entirely sure how to fix it, but maybe try animating the light rays would help
