I don't see anything that is hard to be DCed in this project.
What do you mean, Whaat? All of those moves seems kinda easy to be made. Even I know how to do such a thing and I am not a professional DC'er.

Well yeah, nothing special. If i'm wrong and you really have done all those moves by yourself, take this post just as critics:
Combo of LvL2:
-What's wrong with dvx and centerx? He goes way too much backwards
Self-treatment:
-Could he make something else than just a quick block + non recolored John heal?
Somersault:
-iirc i have seen this one somewhere before, well, the idea isn't anything special so making your own data for it isn't such a big deal.
Fiery rotation:
-Looks nice.
Bomb firzen:
-Why there has to be Firzen? Looks stupid D:
Phoenix of Firen:
-Well nothing special, hope you have given credits to the creator of that phoenix.

Well after all there really isn't any complicated DCing :/ That Fiery rotation is really cool, i would like to know how is it used? Do you just look back when you have jumped forward, or do you have to press smthing like A?

Yes, somehow I agreed with Whaat. But that doesn't mean you can just underestimate him. Maybe, just maybe he did it all by himself and study DC for some time.
But What I really don't believe is the Bat. Well, he uses a lot of itr(summon clone, disappear) and that took me like at least 2 months to completely understand it.

Fiery rotation?
It's not that hard, I would say a hit_a(hit_d or whatever) is there, plus give him a little more dvy to jump higher, change the sprites and you're done.

Ok, so you're not a newbie in DC. However, Bat is still a little over-powered.
By the way, don't show us that website, we hardly understand(or not understand) what you're saying at all because it's not English.
