Well I saw this in the Metal gear solid lf2 a while back and decided I want to use it in my game. The problem is I haven't got a clue how it's done - i've got some alternative ideas though:
I checked the standing frames of the character being hit, and the character who's hitting the other opponent but found nothing. Any ideas?
