true if you don't have the required amount of hp then the hit_d frame is activated... but if you have enough hps, then it will reduct your hps by 250, so you would need to heal yourslefe again at each punching, jumping or defend frame which is... kinda complicated

Nope, you have only to check the hp on injured/fall/etc frames
You normally don't loose hp on your own punches XD

And if the healing method, we told, will work, then the entire check-healing won't take longer then 0+0=0,5 frames...
