The animations looks much better now, though i would still add more frames, to make it even more smooth. But that's your choice ^^

Well, is he going to unbanned?!? We need Alucard finished! I would suggest adding a couple more frames where after it bites, his arm slowly goes down and transforms back to his regular arm.
