Phil @ Linz's Quarter Marathon!

That about 10-20 times, a short break, and then another 5km run (whereas both the quantity of sprints as well as the distance for the final running was gradually increased each day. It's hard as heck, but obviously quite helpful for them. Yes, I was in the short-distance-team :P
yeah, but not always though. It's mainly for the final explosive boost. The 5km is a warm down. But for long distances in general, especially for beginners, Phil's method is the most effective.

[off]And we won't be able to survive if you ever turn into a zombie :p

Wait, Solanum virus can't infect cats! We're quasi-saved!!![/off]

Try soaking your feet into a some warm water and get some foot massage. Those will help you with the pain.

And don't get back to training until your feet have cooled down. You won't get much benefit if they haven't partly recovered.

So yes this year I am going to run it again. I am also and most likely live tracking this run using Runtastic.
You can see my profile there clickey t click (started using it last month i think, so don't expect too much activities)
So if you see an live track on this profile tomorrow at around 8:30 GTM+1 (or an hour later thanks to this summer-time-mindfuck) then you can cheer for me, by clicking on the event and there should be something like cheering :D
I am connected to it using headphones the whole run, so i will hear you (or rather a female computer voice telling me it)

So here is the result:
2909th place (1065th age class) from I-don't-even-know.

Runtime (from starting line): 1:05:06

First 2.1 km: 0:13:13

From 2.1 km to 4,2 km: 0:13:13

From 4.2 km - 6.3 km: 0:13:14

From 6.3 km - 8.4 km: 0:13:13

From 8.4 km - 10.5 km: 0:13:13

Average km/h: 9.68

Average min/km: 6:12

I reached my goal by running through it without stopping. So i am happy :D

Yeah you totally improved! But come on, every 2.1km you ran the exact same time in seconds? I cease to believe that :P
