Re-install lf2 or something. Stuff like this happens sometimes. Maybe you just don't have enough RAM or something, no one really knows why those boxes appear.

problem solved. I'm not happy about it although. It seems that I can only have 2 custom character at the same time. But I'll just have to change them every once in a while. If someone knows something better way, let me know. Thanx yo all!

Dude, just leave the folders that say "luke" in the luke folder just put "luke" folder in the sprite folder, not in the sys folder, and don't take the stuff out where you think they might go...
They are there for a reason...
I didn't get that either, when I was a nooby but I figured it out...
The music & sounds might be put in the data (just in case, only if the "README" says so...)
