Pretty creative one. No other words to describe my feelings about this except: "Original".

Despite the sprite's "just-a-recolor", you made your effort in spriting and...
Your edited sprites make me laugh! Also in the D>A ones his right hand (in our view) stretches too much >.>~how? took it from original D>A

Your highest point... The char hasn't got flaws, incorrect centerx/y etc. And oh, I like it.
Gameplay - 7/10
I like the combo, but if the char's only got one, that's no fun.~nah it depend on how you use him, and he's supposed to be a preview for the mod, and he has 2 combos(aaad or just aaaaaa), depends on number of opponents actually.
Overall - 7/10
Nice char actually. All you need is more improvement in readme and sprites.

About your phoenix palm, it doesn't really stretch out too much, but the only odd things are....the fingers. If there are fingers in LF2, I've never noticed them cos they're too discreet. Change it into a palm or something. And your readme is slightly odd, a newbie probably couldn't understand it. Why did you put the davis id line there as well??

the uppercut HAS to be high for the combo to work, or it would fail miserably. and looking overpowered? try fighting ranged opponents. he isn't versatile.

FINALLY! completed. i removed the clone attack, which was originally for distracting enemies, but now after playing around with him, realised it makes him overpowered.

nope. i found it's already complete, 4 attacks per char seems a good limit .
