i could test it out at an electronics market, and i gotta say it only works for me if i hold it in the right angle and dont move at all.
now that is what i expect to do when playing on a handheld console. (which has the prize of a home console, but whatever)

i guess the 3d technique is just about to start, so dont waste your money for the first tries and fails.
