I know how you extracted those frames... by gif frames extractor which I also use.
Is it cs3 u using?
cause it is similar to mines and Thanks for making it transparent!
Can I use it?
and you mean that I should first make the bg white and then use a low tolerance magic wand to clean it up... right?

There is some problems when making directly in transparent mode as many semi transparent pixels get left when you see in black bg.

do not use ANY white pixels, backgrounds, OR ANYTHING WHITE.
Yes, you can use that gif. Heck, you made the sprite.
My steps (i hope you can follow)
Once all those frames are saved with a black backgrounded gif, it gets rid of that nasty semi-transparent pixels.
I just took all your frames (with black magic, i have no idea what this 'gif extractor' is) and simply set the magic wand tool to the following settings:
Tolerance: 0
Anti-Aliasing: off
contiguous: off
and if there is a blank layer on the bottom, then bam, near perfect transparent frame.
Then you just stack them up into a gif and WHAMMO, transparent gif.

To answer a few questions:
Im using Photoshop CS5, i just bunched the windows for that screenshot convenience.
To extract those frames with a 'gif extractor' (LOL WTF OMG) i actually used game maker and copied the frame across to photoshop (aka black magic)
TL;DR BLACK MAGIC

Yes, i suppose that wouldn't be as noticeably bad as it would with character sprites, but still, its going to have to be on a black background in the end anyway.
But yeah, taking my quote out of context doesn't mean its wrong.
