as far as I am concerned, everyone is entitled to make their own version of DBZ characters, whether someone else is making it or not. Modding is a hobby after all. Just because Harle and pf are making one, some other person could come along and come up with a character or two just to self-highing (if that's a word) purposes, but also could serve as a motivation for the two mentioned above.

ok i am old member of lf2 vdbz project i can help with make this mod. I want to do it on my own year ago and i have something interesting. i want to make graphic like lsw style. this is something new and fresh.

It's really easy to find DBZ LF2 3.0..
