I tried to change vrest/arest value but it still doesnt work

Ok, the primary fault is your "fall" value.

As it is in your video, the first arrow hits Henry three to four times (due to the low vrest), which makes him fall. While he's falling, the second arrow passes through him but doesn't hit him (because the arrow in the itr needs a fall value of 60 or more to hit falling enemies).

Is it intended that the first arrow hits the enemy multiple times like this? If not, increase the itr fall value to 70 and the vrest to something more as well. (You may also need to add some negative dvy, so that the enemy flies high enough that the next arrows hit him as well.)
