Agreed, that really MUST be Alectric´s

he always uses that big and small sprite style and it looks Alectrcish.

but i don't usually like doing bigger images and when i re-size i make sure the face is distinguishable instead of blurred

im betting this is Bamboori's...like 90% sure
(i mean if u compare with his other sprites it rly does look like bamboori's)
